Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking a Senior Programme Manager with a strong Process Engineering background to lead major capital investment programmes in the UK. You will shape delivery across critical infrastructure projects and work with multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee risk, cost, schedule, governance, and performance, ensuring safe commissioning, process proving, and handover to operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Delivery teams to drive innovation and

• Significant experience in Process Engineering within water, wastewater, utilities, infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of process design, optimisation, commissioning, and operations performance.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in Process Engineering within water, wastewater, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial process environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of process design, optimisation, commissioning, and operational performance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, risk management, and programme governance capability.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, with chartership or working towards chartership desirable.
