The role of Student Records System Transformation Programme Manager provides strategic leadership to deliver the multi-year programme, building a core team, governance, and the new platform selection and implementation to benefit students and the wider university community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall SRS Transformation programme and project plans, aligning timelines, milestones, resources, and interdependencies to deliver the programme's strategic outcomes and benefits.
• Establish and lead the core programme team, robust programme governance, reporting and assurance arrangements.
• Proactively identify, assess and manage programme-level risks, budgets, resources, dependencies and milestones.
• Provide oversight of multiple projects and technical workstreams.
• Support business case development, including quantifying benefit realisation and selection of the future technological solution.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, change readiness and benefits realisation in collaboration with a range of stakeholders and SMEs.
