Believ is seeking a Regional Build Director to own the region's local authority build programme, translating build-ready sites into installed charge points on time and to budget. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and lead Senior Programme Managers, responsible for region-wide delivery performance and safety.

You will oversee squad capability, site handover, energisation, and contractor management, with a focus on delivering Believ's UK energy infrastructure scale-up and sustainable

Formación

• Experience leading multi-site infrastructure delivery at scale in CPO, electricity utilities or telecoms.
• Proven track record of leading senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering infrastructure in local authority on-street and car park environments, including permitting and streetworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional delivery outcomes and lead regional squads across multiple sites.
• Manage contractor and supply chain performance and growth.
• Lead KPI ownership, dashboard reporting, and data-driven performance improvements.
