Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Programme Manager in the United Kingdom to lead large digital transformation programmes, collaborating with clients and senior UK management to ensure alignment with strategic goals and maximum value.

You will work with Delivery Managers across multi-functional teams, manage budgets, coach agile practices, and drive improvements to governance and ways of working within a dynamic, international technology consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-million pound digital transformation programmes for clients.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including CXOs.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Demonstrated capability to plan, forecast and manage budgets and risks.
• Experience shaping proposals and win themes for new work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a programme of work from pre-sales through inception to completion.
• Coordinate across delivery managers to align projects with client strategy and value.
• Oversee planning, execution and governance across the programme lifecycle.
• Manage multi-functional delivery teams with budget responsibilities.
• Champion agile practices and continuously improve ways of working.
