Job summary

Co Valere is seeking a Project Manager – Integration & Business Process to lead complex integration and process transformation initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage stakeholders, and partner with architects, integration engineers, and business leads to define plans, governance, and value delivery across client engagements in a consulting context.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager in consulting, professional services or tech-enabled environments.
• Delivery of integration-led or business process transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, process mapping, and end-to-end design.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaboration with architects, integration engineers and offshore teams.
• Strong planning, financial management and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation at operational and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration, automation, and business process transformation projects.
• Own project planning, governance, and delivery assurance within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with tech and business stakeholders to shape delivery approaches and plans.
• Establish governance, steering groups, status reporting, and RAID management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks for integrations and data flows.
• Act as a trusted client contact, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including consultants and vendors.
• Contribute to templates, frameworks and ways of working improvements.
