Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of the Babcock International Group, seeks a Programme Controls Manager to drive performance on one of the UK’s major clean energy programmes at Hinkley Point C, near Bridgwater, Somerset. The role leads governance, schedule, cost and risk across the MEH Alliance and requires strong leadership of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project/programme controls teams in regulated industries.
• Experience managing governance, reporting and performance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate programme controls activities across the MEH Alliance.
• Establish governance standards and reporting cycles.
• Lead schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting reviews.
• Develop, mentor and resource a high-performing controls team.
• Produce programme performance reports and drive improvements.
