Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Programme Controls Manager to provide strategic leadership for the MEH Alliance on the Hinkley Point C project, near Bridgwater, Somerset. This permanent role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working arrangements.

You will lead controls activities, establish governance and reporting, and develop a high-performing team to deliver schedule, cost, risk and forecasting performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading programme controls teams in regulated industries.
• Experience governing, reporting and performance frameworks.
• Experience overseeing schedule, cost, risk and forecasting processes.
• Able to provide assurance, insight and performance analysis to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement in complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate programme controls activities across the MEH Alliance programme.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting cycles and controls standards.
• Lead schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting reviews.
• Develop, mentor and resource a high-performing programme controls team.
• Produce programme performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
