Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group, is seeking a Programme Controls Manager for the Hinkley Point C project near Bridgwater. You will lead and coordinate programme controls across the MEH Alliance, ensuring governance, reporting and performance standards are met.

The role offers 37 hours per week, with standard Monday–Friday shifts and flexible working arrangements. Based at Hinkley Point C, the role requires strong leadership of controls teams, robust forecasting, and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading project or programme controls in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience overseeing governance, reporting and performance frameworks.
• Experience managing schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting processes.
• Proven ability to provide assurance, insight and performance analysis to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading and integrating programme controls activities across the MEH Alliance programme.
• Establishing and maintaining programme controls standards, governance frameworks and reporting cycles.
• Leading schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting reviews to drive programme performance.
• Developing, mentoring and resourcing a high-performing programme controls team.
• Producing programme performance reports and driving continuous improvement across programme controls capability.
