What You'll Do:

Commerce Grid, Criteo's Curation & SSP Platform, harnesses the power of commerce to amplify advertiser outcomes, maximize publisher revenue, and help retailers unlock the true value of their shopper data.

In line with our business growth, Criteo seeks an experienced sales professional to represent the CommerceGrid platform and develop commercial agreements with media agencies and data curators in the UK/Holland. The ideal candidate will be a strong salesperson, owning outreach efforts with prospects and new clients to scale demand for the global supply-side business.

This role serves as the commercial point of contact for agencies in UK/Holland, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new engagements, and supporting sales growth with the UK Agency Team. The role requires industry networking, solution, and commercial expertise to deliver high-performing, integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Sales representatives will manage deal execution from proposal to activation and collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA.

What you will do
  1. Lead sales efforts targeting new agency partners to generate revenue with Commerce Grid.
  2. Identify opportunities proactively, respond to requests, and develop creative solutions to increase revenue.
  3. Leverage industry relationships to drive new business.
  4. Contribute to market requirements for new products and innovations.
  5. Represent CommerceGrid at industry events to develop a pipeline.
  6. Enhance brand positioning through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and trade publications.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in selling advertising and technology solutions to media agencies with a proven track record.
  • Familiar with Programmatic Advertising Technologies (Ad Exchanges, Deal IDs, RTB, DSPs, DMPs, SSPs) and solutions sales to media agencies.
  • Well-connected within programmatic teams in media agencies.
  • Strong in solution strategy development and business case support.
  • Effective at leading and coordinating stakeholder engagement throughout the client acquisition cycle.
  • Industry knowledge in online media trading, advertising tech, and ad network models, with relevant relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate capabilities clearly and compellingly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies.
