Genius Sports is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - Betting & Gaming Media to drive direct programmatic revenue with Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbooks and casino groups across Europe. This senior, hunter-led role focuses on new business and strategic deal execution.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles across CTV, in-app, digital video, display and DOOH, leveraging proprietary data and live sports signals to deliver measurable commercial outcomes while navigating regulatory

Qualifications

5+ years in digital and programmatic advertising new business sales, ideally in iGaming or regulated betting environments.
Strong understanding of managed service programmatic models, DSPs, PMPs, Deal IDs, audience targeting, in-app environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance-driven media tied to acquisition, reactivation, retention, and lifetime value.
Experience owning enterprise-level sales cycles from strategy to close.
Strong commercial acumen with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.

Responsabilités

Own and grow direct programmatic revenue across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbooks and casino operators in Europe, selling managed service and Deal ID-based buying.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to new business revenue goals and target operators.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles across CTV, in-app, digital video, display, and DOOH channels.
Sell and activate managed service campaigns and Deal ID-based buying leveraging Genius Sports' data and real-time signals.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance in Salesforce.
Stay ahead of betting and gaming market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
