Job summary

Power Digital is a growth marketing firm seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own a B2B portfolio and drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies. You will run diagnostics with Power Circuit, refine ICPs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across paid, SEO, content, ABM, and creative.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in B2B marketing, direct experience with sales teams, and the ability to present to VP/C-suite stakeholders while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing, with client-facing or consultative experience.
• Has worked with sales teams directly — understands MQL→SQL handoff and fixes.
• Fluent in B2B dynamics: long cycles, high-ACV pipeline, CAC in enterprise contexts.
• Presents to VP/C-suite and defends recommendations with data.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts, diagnose growth constraints, and build strategy.
• Lead ICP refinement, lead scoring, and pipeline health with sales leadership.
• Drive cross-functional work across paid, SEO, content, ABM, and creative.
• Coach analysts and ensure 100% adoption of Iris, nova, and Pulse tools.
• Aim to expand revenue via renewals, upsell, and multi-threaded client relationships.
