Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital or growth marketing across multiple channels.
• Strong PPC experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ability to scale PPC campaigns with data-driven results.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience designing growth experiments and multichannel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, and remarketing.
• Analyze campaign performance to improve lead quality, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Plan and track digital marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and paid channels.
• Develop and run growth experiments across paid ads, landing pages, email, and other channels.
• Conduct market, audience, keyword, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Write and edit SEO-driven content independently with research-backed structure.
• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns for Scopic and Scopic Studios clients.
• Optimize web content and campaigns for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding and marketing efforts.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
