Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end strategic workforce planning cycle, managing milestones and progress while developing agile processes to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, Procurement) to translate local insights into actionable strategies for risk mitigation, cost avoidance, and workforce optimization.
• Collaborate with the budget and payments team to co-develop and execute tailored BPO budget plans, ensuring strict compliance with governance.
• Perform data-driven analysis of the BPO workforce to forecast future needs, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Communicate strategy and performance to leadership with executive-level reports and dashboards on planning progress and insights.
• Lead continuous improvement by overseeing new systems, tools, and automated processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
