TikTok is seeking a Scaled Governance Manager for the PTE – Scaled Governance within TikTok LIVE. You will drive quality governance initiatives, identify systemic risks, and translate insights into actionable improvements, balancing risk, user experience, and efficiency.

Based in London, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and BPO leads across London and APAC to ensure a single global standard and scalable governance across the live platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management or operational process improvement with metrics.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing operational and quality data and translating insights into recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead market governance and business insights by integrating quality metrics and ecosystem signals.
• Develop quality governance frameworks to improve moderation accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze end-to-end moderation performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with BPO operations teams to set quality standards across regions and functions.
