Job summary

AM Global seeks an Associate Director to lead the planning and scheduling team on a major infrastructure programme in London and the south of England. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, client liaison and performance reporting to ensure successful delivery of mobility infrastructure projects.

You will develop and maintain project baselines, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring planners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in major aviation or infrastructure programmes.
• Bachelor's/HNC/HND in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UK mobility sector and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and scheduling team on a major infrastructure programme with robust controls.
• Develop planning standards and baseline plans aligned with delivery objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement recovery and contingency plans.
