Job summary

Anaplan in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technology programs. You will coach other program managers, coordinate with Engineering Leads, Product Owners and architects to ensure successful outcomes.

You will drive strategic program structures, establish ceremonies, and maintain advanced roadmaps while tracking risks, dependencies and milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing programs in a software product development environment.
• Ability to translate complex details into an executive narrative.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in status and dependency tracking in Jira & Confluence.
• Knowledge of SDLC and release planning; SAFe know-how advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and delivery of complex cross-functional technology programs.
• Coach and support other program managers and leaders.
• Lead kickoff meetings, define roles, and establish ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain advanced roadmap plans with dependencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leads, Product Owners and architects.
• Drive risk management, reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate quarterly and release planning activities.
• Ensure clear project visibility for senior management and stakeholders.
