Job summary

Anaplan seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional technology programs, coaching team members and delivering value to customers. You will coordinate across Engineering, Product and architecture teams to ensure on-time releases and clear milestones.

You will mentor program managers, influence senior leaders, and drive Agile practice adoption while managing risks and dependencies for multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing programs in software product development with SDLC expertise.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and translate program details into strategic narratives.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members to develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation on program structure and engagement to ensure outcomes.
• Lead program kickoff meetings and establish ceremonies for initiatives.
• Develop advanced roadmap plans with status and dependency tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leads, Product Owners, architects and stakeholders.
• Oversee planning activities including quarterly and release planning.
• Manage program documentation, meeting notes, decisions and action items.
• Track metrics aligned with program outcomes and report progress to executives.
• Drive Agile practices and manage risks, scope, and dependencies.
