Job summary

Anaplan seeks a hands-on Technical Lead to build and lead our Enterprise Grade AI Platform. You will drive the conversational AI roadmap, manage a team of engineers while remaining hands-on to solve complex technical problems. This role blends leadership with deep technical execution.

You will mentor engineers, own delivery roadmaps, and partner with product management to prioritise features, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality deployments across CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering AI applications in production.
• Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering and AI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5-8 AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and delivery.
• Drive end-to-end execution of conversational AI features allowing interaction with Anaplan models via natural language.
• Oversee agentic AI systems that analyse data, generate insights and execute planning workflows.
