A Manchester professional indemnity team is looking for a senior solicitor to lead claims arising from professional advice and services. You'll work directly with insured professionals and insurers on the defence and resolution of disputes.

The Role

• Investigate allegations and assess professional duties, causation and financial loss.
• Take responsibility for litigation and settlement strategy.
• Work with experts and counsel on contested matters.
• Support colleagues with complex technical issues where appropriate.

About You

• Around 3+ years' PQE with relevant professional indemnity experience.
• Related insurance or commercial disputes experience may also be considered.
• Confidence managing matters independently and advising clients on risk.
