Job summary

Cape Clarke in Manchester seeks a Construction PI Solicitor/Associate with 2+ years' PQE or CILEX equivalent to join a dedicated construction indemnity team. You will defend negligence claims and work on insurance coverage issues.

You will handle own files, assist on larger disputes, and collaborate with insureds, insurers, experts and counsel in a hybrid Manchester setting.

Qualifications

• A solicitor with around 2+ years' PQE or a Chartered Legal Executive with equivalent experience.
• Relevant professional indemnity or construction disputes experience.
• Strong analysis, drafting and client communication.
