Job summary

Larbey Evans Ltd represents a rapidly growing elite US law firm in London seeking a Senior Professional Development Specialist to support some of London’s top lawyers.

You will coordinate internal programs, manage event calendars across teams, assist with onboarding and HireRight processes, and help maintain training materials and records. This office-based role offers a 9:30–17:30 schedule and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desirable.
• 1–2 years in a professional services environment, ideally a global law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance for London internal programs, prepare sign-in sheets and materials.
• Schedule conference room space for events and programs.
• Coordinate with management, secretaries and presenters; manage invitations and training requirements.
• Attend and monitor live training programs and assist with post-program materials.
