Your new role

As Senior Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process, manage a team of skilled workers, and optimise efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and coordinating daily production activities
2. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
3. Allocating resources effectively, including workforce, materials, and equipment
4. Identifying areas for process optimisation and implementing best practices
5. Working closely with other departments to achieve production goals

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams within manufacturing with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving production targets. You should have an understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery and have strong analytical skills to address production challenges effectively.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive salary up to £40k depending on experience. You will work 39 hours per week, 8am - 5pm Mon-Thurs with an early finish on a Friday at 1pm.
