Senior Production Supervisor 34,000 - 38,000 dependant on experience

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 06:00 - Finish (40 hours a week). Finish time flexibility required on these days.

We are an independent family-run business. We offer all bank holidays off and are closed for an extended Christmas shutdown.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in poultry production, specifically producing native birds in a box.
2. Ability to lead and manage a team, delegate roles, and oversee stations.
3. Focus on increasing productivity across intake, transition, and packaging stages.
4. Knowledge of animals and ability to liaise with vets regarding bird health and quality.
