Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in incident, problem, change and production support management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure stability, resiliency, and availability of Digital Assets production platforms through monitoring and proactive risk identification.
- Lead technical coordination during major incidents including diagnosis, recovery, and root-cause remediation.
- Drive automation, observability, and operational efficiency initiatives to reduce manual processes.
- Evaluate production risks with releases and infrastructure changes to ensure safe implementation.
- Support disaster recovery, capacity planning, and platform resiliency initiatives.
