Job summary

慨正橡扯 is seeking a Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join the team in Manchester. This role focuses on supporting BNY Pershing developed and third-party software applications, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing monitoring processes using AI tools.

The ideal candidate should have excellent SQL skills, experience with monitoring tools, and strong communication abilities. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient software application support.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to liaise between multi-disciplined teams.
• Experience of application recovery for priority incidents.
• Ability to maintain professionalism when communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support BNY Pershing applications and third-party software.
• Investigate and diagnose software and process issues.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities using AI.

Skills

Excellent SQL scripting skills

Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript)

Experience using monitoring tools (AppD, Splunk, Grafana)

Knowledge of multi-tier application architecture

Experience with Azure and Snowflake technology

Understanding of Message Queuing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Results oriented with continual service improvement
