Qualifications

• Strong experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent understanding of capacity planning and production priorities.

• Organised, analytical and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Epicor Global Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining the Master Production Schedule.
• Converting demand plans into achievable production schedules.
• Balancing finite capacity across critical work centres.
• Setting factory priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Managing customer expedites and challenging unnecessary schedule changes.
• Supporting OTIF delivery and leading recovery plans where performance is at risk.
• Maintaining scheduling parameters and ensuring schedule accuracy and discipline.
