Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd. is seeking a Production Scheduler in Luton to own the day-to-day execution of the production plan. You will coordinate work orders, materials and shop floor activity to keep manufacturing on track.

Working closely with Production, Purchasing and other teams, you will identify issues early, manage priorities and protect customer delivery commitments. The role requires hands-on planning in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing planning or production scheduling.
• Experience working within an ERP environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and escalate risks early.
• Epicor experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage manufacturing work orders.
• Monitor progress through production stages.
• Update plans based on actual completion and shop floor status.
• Coordinate material shortages and recovery actions with Purchasing.
• Ensure work is fully kitted before release.
• Collaborate with supervisors to manage bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Re-sequence work to protect delivery performance.
• Maintain production data and support scheduling outputs.
• Utilise Epicor Global Scheduling priorities to align with the wider plan.

Are you a Production Scheduler who enjoys keeping production moving, solving problems and making sure work gets completed on time?

We're looking for a Production Scheduler to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of the production plan, coordinating work orders, materials and shop floor activity to keep manufacturing on track.

Working closely with Production, Purchasing and other key teams, you'll play an important role in identifying issues early, managing priorities and protecting customer delivery commitments.

As a Production Scheduler, you'll be responsible for:

• Releasing and managing manufacturing work orders
• Monitoring progress through each stage of production
• Updating plans based on actual completion and shop floor status
• Managing material shortages and coordinating recovery actions with Purchasing
• Ensuring work is fully kitted before release
• Working closely with supervisors to manage bottlenecks and production disruptions
• Re-sequencing work where required to protect delivery performance
• Maintaining accurate production data and supporting effective MRP and scheduling outputs
• Using Epicor Global Scheduling priorities to ensure production execution remains aligned with the wider plan

What we're looking for, as a Production Scheduler:

• Previous experience in manufacturing planning or production scheduling
• Experience working within an ERP environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Someone who is confident managing changing priorities and escalating risks early
• Epicor experience is great, but not ideal
