Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking a Senior Production Scheduler in Luton, on site, to own the master production schedule, balance capacity and ensure on-time delivery to customers. You'll work across planning, purchasing, engineering, operations and customer service to turn demand into executable schedules.

This role requires strong production scheduling experience in manufacturing, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning and production priorities.
• Confident communicator across multiple departments.
• Organised, analytical and able to make decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule.
• Convert demand plans into achievable production schedules.
• Balance finite capacity across key work centres.
• Set factory priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage customer expedites and challenge unnecessary schedule changes.
• Support OTIF delivery and lead recovery plans when performance is risked.
• Maintain scheduling parameters and ensure schedule accuracy and discipline.
