Job summary

SYR - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Planner / Project Scheduler to own production programmes across multiple bespoke tender builds at our Southampton facility.

You will manage end-to-end planning using Gantt charts and project planning software, coordinating with engineering, workshop and procurement teams to ensure schedules meet milestones and delivery targets for high-value marine builds.

Qualifications

• Proven track record using Gantt charts to manage multi-project workflows.
• Background in marine manufacturing or high-spec bespoke engineering.
• Strong procurement timelines and delivery forecasting understanding.
• Ability to coordinate cross-department operations and align with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and oversee detailed master production schedules across concurrent projects.
• Monitor manufacturing timelines, procurement schedules, and milestones to maintain operation flow.
• Coordinate resource management and track project-related cash flow forecasts against delivery targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, workshop, procurement, and management teams to synchronize builds.
