Job summary

Griffon Marine Ltd. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to plan and coordinate production schedules using the company ERP system. The role requires close collaboration with shipyard, design, procurement, stores and sales to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource use.

You will monitor daily progress, adjust plans as needed and analyze ERP data to identify delays or bottlenecks, proposing practical improvements and generating regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a scheduling role within a manufacturing or project environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork.
• Desirable: experience using Epicor ERP for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain and coordinate production, project and service schedules using the ERP system.
• Coordinate with shipyard, design, procurement, stores and sales to align scheduling priorities.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet demand and resource availability.
• Analyse ERP data to identify delays and bottlenecks, recommending solutions.
• Generate reports on scheduling performance and delivery timelines.
