• Experience coordinating shoots, logistics and production schedules.
• Booking onboarding and coordinating freelance crews.
• Familiar with video production lifecycle from pre-pro to post-production.
• Experience with Asana and Airtable for project management.
• Strong administrative rigour tracking expenses and invoices.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate productions spanning always-on social content and campaigns.
• Build and maintain production schedules, call sheets and daily plans.
• Source and coordinate freelance videographers, editors and crews globally.
• Manage equipment logistics, transport and trackside travel.
• Handle rate cards, POs, invoices and expense tracking with external partners.
• Arrange permits, media access and rights clearances for shoots.
