Job summary

McLaren Racing seeks a Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational execution, logistics and resource planning behind premium social-first content across McLaren Racing’s digital channels.

Working within the Social Creative team, you’ll coordinate schedules, freelance bookings, equipment, call sheets and administrative workflows, enabling our Content Creators and Graphic Designers to deliver outstanding work.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating shoots, logistics, call sheets and production schedules for digital, video and social-first content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate productions spanning social content, brand campaigns and partner activations; provide operational support across the team.
• Build and maintain production schedules, shooting timelines, call sheets and daily plans.
• Source, onboard and coordinate freelance videographers, editors and local crews globally.
• Manage equipment logistics, dispatch, transport and trackside travel requirements.
• Arrange permits, rights clearances and media access for shoots at various locations.
