McLaren Automotive Limited is seeking a Global Social Media Manager to lead the brand's luxury storytelling across all channels from its Woking base. You will define the global social strategy and drive one consistent brand experience across platforms, overseeing editorial planning and influencer partnerships.

You will report to the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications and collaborate with regional teams to deliver engaging content, audience growth and qualified leads in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years' experience leading global social media for luxury, premium or performance brands.
• Proven track record developing social strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and audience growth.
• Deep expertise in platform-native formats, algorithms and publishing best practices across major networks.
• Strong understanding of social analytics, content performance and channel optimisation.
• Experience managing agencies, creators and production partners.
• Excellent copywriting, editorial judgement and creative briefing skills.
• Experience supporting executive social media and thought leadership programmes.

• Develop and own McLaren Automotive's global social media strategy aligned to business and brand objectives.
• Define role, audience and content strategy for all channels and in-market support.
• Own the global editorial calendar integrating product launches and racing activity.
• Champion social-first storytelling and evolve formats, video output and platform innovation.
• Develop executive thought leadership strategies across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Lead influencer, creator and ambassador strategies globally.
• Manage budgets, timelines and supplier performance; ensure brand standards across activity.
• Provide governance and localization support with regional teams.
