Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Bradford is seeking a Senior Product & Range Manager to lead end-to-end product and range strategies for key categories, using insight to deliver commercially viable lines that align with our creative vision and customer strategy.

Based at our Dawson Lane site in Bradford with hybrid working, you’ll lead a team of Product & Range professionals, drive performance and continuous improvement, and collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Marketing and Procurement to grow

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product development, ideally FMCG/consumer goods.
• Proven ability to deliver strategy against clear objectives and KPIs.
• Strong experience building and optimizing product ranges.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product and range strategies informed by insight, competitor analysis and customer research.
• Build and commercialise product ranges aligned with targets and value-for-money principles.
• Use sales data and customer insights to identify gaps and opportunities, creating line-level briefs.
• Oversee pricing architecture, cost of product and range profitability, supporting sign-off processes.
• Manage customer relationships and provide insight during meetings.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Procurement to develop publisher relationships and branded range strategies.
• Set ranging principles for Visual Merchandising partners.
• Manage full product lifecycle with data accuracy and governance.
• Drive efficiencies through global and common SKUs across builds.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support product launches and related activities.
