Job summary

PIE Recruitment seeks a Senior Category Manager for a leading non-food brand in Bradford. You will own the full product and range agenda from insight to pricing, profitability and launch, shaping strategy across a sizeable consumer portfolio.

Lead a talented team and influence senior stakeholders across creative, commercial and supply functions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on decision-making in a fast-paced FMCG environment, offering a 5% bonus, matched pension up to 7%, and

Qualifications

• Significant product development and range management experience within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer products environment.
• A track record of building commercially successful product ranges and delivering against clear financial targets.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent commercial judgement, analytical skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Defining and delivering product and range strategies across a substantial SKU portfolio, ensuring strong commercial performance and customer relevance.
• Leading product development from concept through launch, working closely with creative, commercial, procurement and supply teams.
• Owning range architecture, pricing strategy, profitability and lifecycle management to maximise sales and margin opportunities.
• Managing and developing a team of Product & Range professionals while driving better processes and ways of working.
