Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Regulatory Intelligence & Health Authority Engagement within the Evidence Presentation & Regulatory portfolio. You will translate regulatory needs into user requirements and ensure timely intelligence, structured insight and seamless tools for interactions with agencies such as FDA, EMA, MHRA and PMDA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific/technical field.
• 5+ years in digital product management or product ownership at progressively senior levels.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D or regulatory affairs with exposure to regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and roadmap for Regulatory Intelligence & Health Authority Engagement with value-based prioritization.
• Connect the portfolio with other DevCMO portfolios to form a unified digital ecosystem.
• Bring domain expertise in regulatory intelligence and HA engagement to co-design compliant user journeys.
• Shape technical solutions with architects and engineers and evaluate AI-enabled approaches.
• Champion an AI-first approach, prototyping and governance of AI outputs.
• Own delivery end-to-end, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver value.
• Embed quality and compliance, applying GxP, privacy and AI governance from the start.
• Partner, influence and mentor senior stakeholders and junior Product Owners.
