Job summary

Chubb Corporation in London, United Kingdom, seeks a Senior Product Owner for the Knowledge Repository & Management Platform to define the strategy and deliver an enterprise-wide knowledge layer powering AI across the enterprise.

You will own the product vision, backlog, and cross-functional delivery with engineering, data, and AI teams; ensure governance, taxonomy, and compliant data handling across global jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, data platforms, or knowledge management.
• 3+ years owning a platform product end-to-end in an Agile delivery model.
• Experience delivering enterprise data or knowledge management solutions at scale, including taxonomy design, information architecture, and metadata governance.
• Strong Agile delivery discipline: manage backlogs, write user stories, and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance/financial services) with compliance, data governance, and access control knowledge.
• Hands-on familiarity with knowledge management technologies: SharePoint Online / M365, graph databases, semantic search, vector stores, or enterprise content platforms.
• Experience with enterprise search and knowledge discovery platforms, including evaluation, implementation, or scaled deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Knowledge Repository platform, aligned to AI readiness goals.
• Define milestones toward the 2027 objective for global deployment across lines of business and geographies.
• Translate business needs into scalable, AI-consumable platform capabilities.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog covering APIs, governance, and data contracts.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria; lead sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to clarify requirements and ensure platform quality.
• Establish data contracts, lineage, and access controls with stakeholders.
