Job summary

Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Product Owner for the Knowledge Repository & Management Platform in London. You will define the product vision, priorities, and delivery across AI-ready knowledge assets, governance, and enterprise data tooling.

The role interfaces with AI, data engineering, and governance teams to enable scalable, secure enterprise knowledge. You will shape taxonomy, metadata, and policy enforcement while driving adoption, cross-border Compliance, and cost allocation considerations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, data platforms, or knowledge management.
• Experience owning a platform product end-to-end in an Agile delivery model.
• Strong Agile delivery discipline with backlogs, user stories, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Knowledge Repository platform.
• Define and sequence delivery milestones toward the 2027 objective for global deployment.
• Translate business needs into platform capabilities that are governed, scalable, and AI-consumable.
• Maintain the product backlog across functional and non-functional requirements including APIs and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to clarify requirements and ensure platform quality.
• Establish data contracts, metadata models, and ontologies to ensure findability and AI readiness.
