As a Senior Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of defining great customer experiences that enhance our digital platforms and products, ensuring that all stakeholders, from customers to internal teams, have a seamless and efficient experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, business analysts, and wider customer connection teams, to translate complex requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces. This role is vital in driving our mission to deliver a more efficient, transparent, and customer-focused connections process. This role is based from Warwick, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.
