System C is seeking three Senior Product Owners to lead complex product ownership across strategic areas. You will transform strategic outcomes into clear requirements, refine backlogs, coordinate multi-team delivery and mentor Product Owners to raise capability across the organisation.

You will work with Product Managers, Engineering, Design and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes and ensure high standards in user stories and backlog quality while leveraging data and AI-enabled tools

Formación

• Significant Product Owner experience in complex software or technology environments.
• Advanced backlog management and agile delivery expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex delivery initiatives or multi-squad programmes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing Product Owners or other product professionals.
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making capability.
• Confidence working in fast-changing environments with competing priorities.
• A practical understanding of software development practices and delivery methodologies.

• Provide coaching, mentoring and line management support to Product Owners within your portfolio.
• Help establish consistent Product Ownership practices, governance and ways of working.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on product leadership with people development, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design and operational stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
