System C in the UK is seeking a Product Owner to drive value in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX and customers to shape solutions that address real-world problems.

Responsibilities include owning the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding release planning and prioritising work to maximise customer and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods including Scrum.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Aha! or similar product management platforms.

• Work closely with Engineering teams through sprint planning, refinement and delivery activities.
• Help define release scope and contribute to release planning.
• Monitor progress against delivery plans and communicate risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate customer engagement activities, including demonstrations, feedback sessions and focus groups.
• Support go-to-market activities and product launches.
• Develop deep domain expertise and confidently demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders.
• Represent Product Management in day-to-day delivery decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role

• Ability to analyse requirements, identify risks and make informed decisions
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods including Scrum
• Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Aha! or similar product management platforms
• Ability to work effectively within changing priorities and evolving business needs
• A collaborative approach combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
