System C is seeking three Senior Product Owners to lead complex product ownership across strategic areas, helping delivery teams create valuable, high-quality solutions for customers while growing Product Ownership capability.

You will work with Product Managers, Engineering and Design to translate strategy into actionable requirements, refine backlogs, coordinate multi-team delivery and mentor others in best practices, governance and ways of working.

Qualificações

• Significant Product Owner experience in complex software or technology environments.
• Advanced backlog management and agile delivery expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex delivery initiatives or multi-squad programmes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing Product Owners or other product professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage complex product backlogs aligned to portfolio goals and roadmap priorities.
• Translate strategic outcomes into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Lead backlog refinement, planning and prioritisation activities.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, products or releases.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.
• Champion high standards in user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog quality.
• Use data, insight and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve delivery effectiveness and decision-making.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and line management support to Product Owners within your portfolio.
• Help establish consistent Product Ownership practices, governance and ways of working.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on product leadership with people development, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design and operational stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
