Servers.com, powered by Nexcess, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape messaging and GTM for the Performance Cloud portfolio. You will partner with Product, Sales and Leadership to translate complex infrastructure capabilities into business value for enterprise buyers.

This role leads a high‑performing PMM team, drives market differentiation, pricing input, and go‑to‑market execution across hybrid work setups (2 days in Guildford, 3 days remote).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B Infra/Cloud/Hosting/Enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to develop positioning, enablement programs and customer-centric messaging.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Experience enabling sales and driving revenue through GTM strategy and launch plans.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the Performance Cloud portfolio.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for enterprise buyers and executives.
• Develop buyer personas, competitive positioning, sales enablement materials and customer-facing messaging.
• Lead cross-functional launches and enablement activities with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
• Drive market research, Win/Loss analysis, and pricing strategy to inform roadmap and differentiation.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team and establish scalable processes.
