Job summary

Servers.com by Nexcess seeks a Chief of Staff for the Performance Cloud BU in Guildford. You will lead the leadership operating rhythm, own KPI dashboards, and act as the GM’s thinking partner across strategy, analytics and cross-functional initiatives.

This senior role requires strong commercial fluency, the ability to influence without authority, and experience guiding a business unit within a matrixed tech organization. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience, including a Chief of Staff or senior ops role in a scaling tech company.
• Strong ability to build and manage an operating cadence with KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Run the leadership operating rhythm: weekly leadership meeting, monthly business review, quarterly planning, annual cycle.
• Own goal setting and performance tracking across revenue, pipeline, margin, churn and operational metrics.
• Represent the GM in key forums and keep leadership aligned on priorities and decisions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives end to end and provide honest, data-backed analyses.
