Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Endpoint Windows Platform strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will drive platform priorities, engage with Microsoft, and collaborate with Engineering, X-Ops, and go-to-market teams to deliver secure, scalable Windows endpoint capabilities at global scale.

Deep Windows knowledge, enterprise security judgment, and end-to-end product ownership are essential to shape the platform, improve protection, and enable successful customer deployments

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Sophos Endpoint Windows Platform.
• Develop the Windows platform strategy for Sophos Endpoint, including platform modernization, OS readiness, security controls, agent architecture, performance, compatibility, reliability, and deployment success.
• Work closely with Microsoft on strategic roadmap initiatives, ecosystem changes, platform dependencies, security integrations, and early engagement opportunities affecting customers.
• Translate Windows OS changes, customer needs, threat landscape shifts, partner requirements, and business priorities into a clear roadmap for engineering teams.
• Partner with Engineering to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, sequence platform investments, and deliver high-quality Windows endpoint capabilities at scale.
• Serve as the Windows platform product owner for cross-portfolio teams including XDR, EDR, MDR, Workspace Protection, X-Ops, NG-SIEM, and Endpoint Management.
• Use telemetry, customer feedback, field input, support trends, competitive analysis, and platform data to prioritize work and make clear decisions.
• Support go-to-market by developing launch narratives, field guidance, partner messaging, customer positioning, adoption plans, and roadmap communication for Windows initiatives.
• Represent Sophos Endpoint Windows Platform in customer councils, executive briefings, partner conversations, Microsoft engagements, and analyst discussions.
