Job summary

WPP is seeking an experienced Desktop Product Owner to lead the evolution of our global endpoint services. You will own the vision, roadmap and improvements for desktop and device management across PC, Mac, mobile and VDI, balancing user experience, security and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Cyber Security and partners to ensure device security baselines, patch compliance and service outcomes, while governing third‑party delivery and maintaining SLAs across the landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience owning endpoint management products/services.
• Experience with vendor governance and SLAs.
• Demonstrable product ownership for the relevant technology.
• Governing third‑party / managed‑service delivery against SLAs.
• Relevant certifications and/or degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog and standards for PC, Mac, mobile and VDI management.
• Drive modern management, zero‑touch provisioning and patch compliance.
• Govern Kyndryl device operations and approve configuration change.
• Own device security baselines in partnership with Cyber Security.
• Manage platform health, compliance and reporting.
• Prioritise demand and continuous improvement.
• Define the service outcomes, standards and SLAs that Kyndryl and other partners deliver against.
• Govern Kyndryl performance, manage demand and escalations, and retain WPP accountability for the service.
• Own the service roadmap and approve partner‑delivered change before it reaches production.
