Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a cybersecurity-related role.
• Experience in product feedback or voice-of-customer.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or security vendor environments.
• Ability to work in a remote-first organization with hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user guidance, FAQs, and best-practice docs.
• Track enablement progress across MSP portfolio and flag gaps.
• Support field teams with product knowledge and customer scenarios.
• Act as primary field resource for MSP partners in the region.
