Job summary

Homeprotect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the outcome of the underwriting and pricing domain, setting strategy and balancing customer value, usability, feasibility and regulatory concerns. You will partner with Engineering, actuarial, Commercial and Risk teams to drive the roadmap and measurable outcomes.

You will lead discipline, mentor other Product Managers and contribute to Homeprotect’s growth while ensuring consumer duty and regulatory alignment across domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning the outcome of a product area, not just producing requirements for engineering or a business stakeholder.
• Track record of owning outcomes at significant scale across multiple product areas or comparable scope and complexity.
• Experience building and setting the strategic direction for a roadmap based on evidence (data, customer insight, business strategy).

Responsibilities

• Own the problem definition for the Underwriting & Pricing domain and set the strategic roadmap.
• Translate strategy into a measurable roadmap with priorities and constraints.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager for delivery and accountability.
• Balance value, usability, feasibility and regulatory considerations in decisions.
• Represent domain priorities across the wider product portfolio with minimal oversight.
• Mentor other Product Managers and help shape product discipline at Homeprotect.
