You will translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, drives governance, and establish a Product Management Centre of Excellence while partnering with IT, data, and senior leaders.

You will influence strategy, manage prioritisation, and deliver measurable business outcomes, shaping demand and ensuring effective delivery

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, Strategic Operations or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable product plans and outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Management capability development and Centre of Excellence.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, prioritisation and value measures.
• Partner with IT, data and business leaders to ensure governance and delivery readiness.
• Shape demand, assess strategic fit and enable value realisation across portfolios.
• Coach teams and promote best practices across the organisation.
