Sony Interactive Entertainment in London or Dublin (hybrid) seeks a Senior Product Manager for PlayStation Plus subscriptions, leading monetization growth and experiences that expand acquisition, adoption, and retention across a global user base.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape value propositions, and steer experiments to optimize growth and engagement on PlayStation platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations with partnerships.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps) preferred.
• Track record driving conversion funnels, retention strategies and monetization opportunities.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to synthesize context and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy for experiences and capabilities that acquire and engage members and drive monetization growth.
• Lead conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new features with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive data-driven decision making in partnership with analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to align outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to lifecycle personalization strategies.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and outcome measurement.
• Stay informed on market trends in gaming, monetization, personalization and customer lifecycle management.
